RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.  Policy Overview

At Jutique, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every jute product we deliver. Our Exchange Policy has been designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction while upholding the integrity of our brand standards. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any post-purchase request.

 

   IMPORTANT NOTICE

Jutique does not offer Refunds or Returns under any circumstances.

 

Exchanges are the only post-purchase resolution available.

 

2.  Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:

       The exchange request is submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

       The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

       All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and included.

       The item has not been altered, embroidered, or customised after delivery.

       A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

       The item qualifies under an eligible exchange reason as outlined in Section 4.

 

3.  Exchange Request Time Window

 

TIME-SENSITIVE NOTICE

   EXCHANGE WINDOW: 24 HOURS FROM DELIVERY

 

Exchange requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will NOT be entertained.

Delivery time is determined by the timestamp recorded by our logistics partner.

 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and to contact Jutique within the stipulated 24-hour window. No exceptions or extensions will be granted beyond this period, regardless of circumstances.

4.  Valid Grounds for Exchange

An exchange may only be considered under the following circumstances:

       The wrong item or variant was delivered (incorrect size, colour, or design).

       The item received is materially different from the product described on our website.

       The item arrived with a manufacturing defect that was present at the time of delivery.

 

The following will NOT qualify as valid grounds for exchange:

       Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.

       Minor colour variations due to screen calibration differences between devices.

       Natural texture or weave variations inherent to handcrafted jute products.

       Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or post-delivery mishandling.

 

5.  Exchange for a Different Item — Price Differential

If a customer elects to exchange an eligible product for a different item from the Jutique catalogue, the following pricing terms shall apply:

       Same-Value Exchange —  Same Value:

       Same-Value Exchange —  If the replacement item is of equal value to the original product, no additional payment is required.

       Higher-Value Exchange (Price Differential) —  If the customer selects a replacement item priced higher than the original, the customer shall pay the price differential before the replacement is processed and dispatched. Payment instructions will be communicated by our support team upon approval of the exchange request.

       Lower-Value Exchange —  If the replacement item is priced lower than the original, no refund, credit note, or store credit will be issued for the price difference. Jutique does not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.

 

6.  Exchange Request Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps outlined below strictly within the 24-hour delivery window:

Step 1    Contact Us:  Email our support team at jutiqueofficial@gmail.com or reach us via WhatsApp at +92 300 7888 921, quoting your Order Number.

Step 2    Submit Evidence:  Attach clear photographs or a short video of the item clearly showing the issue being reported.

Step 3    Await Confirmation:  Our team will review your request within 3–4 business days and communicate approval or denial in writing.

Step 4    Ship the Item:  Upon approval, you will be provided with return shipping instructions. Items must be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving approval. Please refer to Section 7 for return shipping cost responsibility.

Step 5    Price Differential Payment (if applicable):  If you have opted for a higher-priced replacement item, our team will share the differential payment amount and payment details. Dispatch will only be initiated upon receipt of the full differential payment.

Step 6    Receive Exchange:  Once the returned item is received and inspected, the approved replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

 

7.  Shipping Responsibility for Exchange

       Jutique's Error (Wrong Item / Manufacturing Defect):  Jutique will bear the full return shipping cost.

       All Other Approved Exchange Reasons:  The customer shall be solely responsible for all return shipping charges. Jutique will not reimburse, cover, or credit any return courier or logistics charges.

       Jutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method.

 

8.  Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories of products are strictly non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

       Customised, personalised, or monogrammed items ordered to specification.

       Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional discount events (unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase).

       Gift items presented without a valid original receipt or proof of purchase.

       Items that have been used, washed, or show any signs of wear or alteration.

       Exchange requests submitted after the 24-hour delivery window.

 

9.  No Refund & No Return Policy

 

   BINDING POLICY NOTICE

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS — STRICTLY NO RETURNS

 

Jutique maintains an absolute No Refund and No Return policy.

By completing a purchase on Jutique, the customer unconditionally

acknowledges and agrees to this policy in its entirety.

 

All sales are considered final upon delivery. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: order cancellations after dispatch, dissatisfaction with the product, or delayed delivery attributable to logistics partners.
