2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Lahore (Same City Delivery)

  • Orders within Lahore will be delivered within 6–7 working days after dispatch.

Other Cities & Provinces

  • Orders outside Lahore will be delivered within 10–15 working days, depending on location and courier operations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly announced on our website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available nationwide.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the provided address at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction from future purchases.
