1. Shipping Coverage

Jutique offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier availability. International shipping is not available through standard checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–4 working days after confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, verification, and promotional periods may affect processing times.

3. Estimated Delivery

  • Lahore: 6–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Other cities: 10–15 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Promotional offers may have specific conditions. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage and order verification. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and pay the confirmed amount upon delivery. Repeated order refusals may restrict future COD access.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email after dispatch. Contact support if you need assistance.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and active phone number. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.

8. Delays

Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, and other unforeseen events may affect delivery. Jutique will provide reasonable assistance and available updates.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please report incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 24 hours of delivery, following our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

10. Returns & Refunds

Jutique follows a No Refund and No Return for Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. Eligible exchanges are handled according to our official policy.
