Products & Pricing: Products are subject to availability. Prices are in PKR and may change. Minor variations in handcrafted jute products are normal.

Orders & Payments: Orders are subject to confirmation. Available payment methods include COD and bank transfer, where offered. Customers must provide accurate details.

Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 3–4 working days. Estimated delivery is 6–7 working days in Lahore and 10–15 working days elsewhere after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges: No refunds or returns for refunds, subject to applicable law. Eligible exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
